About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 to No. 730), and for the purpose of streamlining of activities of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine which are attached.
2. In the text of the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of March 1, 2018 No. 90 "About establishment of job grades on positions of faces of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 16 for No. 315/31767, and appendices to it:
words Finance department in all cases shall be replaced with words "Department of social security" in the corresponding cases;
shall be replaced with words the words "the chief of the General Staff is the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" in all cases "the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.
3. To provide to the director of the department of social security of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
