1. Approve Rules of professional ethics of persons rendering legal services (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

These rules represent the code of the provisions determining requirements imposed to the worker having the certificate on certification of person rendering legal services (further - the certificate), and being on the staff of the organization having the license for rendering legal services (further - the license), to the individual entrepreneur having the certificate and the license (further - lawyers), to their behavior in case of accomplishment of professional obligations, and also in customer relations, lawyers, representatives of state bodies and other organizations.
Other workers with the higher legal education who are on the staff of the organization having the license follow these rules in the part corresponding to their labor obligations.
