About approval of Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by public organization "State News Agency "Moldpres"" and the List of services and the size of rates for them
Based on part (6) article 10 of the Law No. 173/1994 on procedure for publication and entry into force of official acts (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 183-185, 653), with subsequent changes, and parts (4) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
1) Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by public organization "State News Agency "Moldpres"" according to appendix No. 1;
2) the List of the services provided by public organization "State News Agency "Moldpres"" and the size of rates for them, according to appendix No. 2.
2. Provide to public organization "State News Agency "Moldpres"" use of the size of rates for the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the printing version, since January 1, 2023.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
