About some questions of state-owned property

1. Reorganize Institute of Seismology and Seismological Experienced and Methodical Expedition limited liability partnerships by merge in the procedure established by the legislation into "National Scientific Center of Seismological Observations and Researches" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine partnership core activities assessment of seismic danger, the scientific forecast of strong earthquakes, assessment of seismic risk in large settlements and strategic objects, and also complex seismological monitoring in the seismodangerous territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) forming of the authorized capital of partnership at the expense of property value of the reorganized Institute of Seismology and Seismological Experienced and Methodical Expedition limited liability partnerships;

2) approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
