RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About cancellation of some international treaties of Ukraine concerning defense and cooperation with the Republic of Belarus

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Due to the basic change of circumstances to terminate:

Agreements between the Government of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on mutual deliveries in 1995 of the arms, military equipment, other appliances and rendering services for needs of defense and safety concluded on December 16, 1994 in Minsk;

Agreements between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus On additional measures of the trust and safety concluded on October 16, 2001 in Kiev;

The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on carrying out joint research and development works in the field of the arms and military equipment concluded on October 18, 2005 in Minsk;

Agreements between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on mutual protection of the rights to the results of intellectual activities created and provided during the bilateral military and technical cooperation concluded on October 18, 2005 in Minsk.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Republic of Belarus about cancellation of the international treaties specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
