1. Transfer the state shares in NPP Ust-Kamenogorsk Hydroelectric Power Station and NPP Shulbinsky Hydroelectric Power Station limited liability partnerships in payment of shares of joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" on condition of receipt of the positive industry conclusion of the authorized body of the corresponding industry approved with bodies of homeland security.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, energy ministries, national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (under approval) in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures necessary for implementation of this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
