About additional measures of the effective organization of activities for administration of law

For the purpose of effective ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 16, 2023 No. UP-11 "About Additional Measures for Further Expansion of Access to Justice and Increase in Efficiency of Activity of the Courts":

1. To the Attorney-General (N. Yuldoshev):

together with the Ministry of digital technologies by extrabudgetary funds till September 1, 2023 to create and start according to the procedure of preliminary experiment the information system "Participation of the Prosecutor in Courts" in activities of the Case of specialized prosecutors for rendering assistance in administration of law (further - the Case of specialized prosecutors), since 2024 - to implement completely in practice;

together with the Supreme Court since July 1, 2023 completely to adjust mutual document flow by integration of information systems of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Supreme Court.

2. Approve sample of emblem of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

Determine that the procedure for production, storages and uses of emblem affirms the chairman of the Supreme Court.

3. To the Supreme Court together with the Supreme judicial council, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Justice for the purpose of ensuring effective use of the resources attracted to implementation of activities for administration of law in two-month time to develop and provide entering into Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure of reasonable offers on:

to delegation of power on consideration of some categories of civil, economic cases and cases on administrative offense proceeding from the best foreign practices to administrative authorities on jurisdiction;

to determination of procedure for completion of some categories of criminal, civil, economic cases and cases on administrative offense in courts of subordinate instance;
