About modification of some Orders of the Government (simplification of access of main types of oil products to the market of the Republic of Moldova)

Based on part (3-1) articles 5 of the Law No. 461/2001 on the market of oil products (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 40-49, 82), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 1027/2001 on some measures for accomplishment of the Law on the market of oil products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 120, of the Art. 1074), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The text "the body which is carrying out certification" to replace 1) in the second paragraph with the text of "the body of inspectorate recognized by competent authority of the Republic of Moldova";

The third paragraph to state 2) in the following edition:

"Only the vehicles which are meeting the requirements established by the Rules of motor transportation transportations of dangerous goods approved by the Order of the Government No. 589/2017, and had technical inspection at the stations of technical inspection authorized according to Chapter 6 of the Section V of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 are allowed to import re-export and oil transportation.".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 476/2002 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for transportation of the imported oil products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 57-58, 564), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" to exclude;

b) in Item 3 of the word "together with the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" to exclude;

2) in the Provision:
