About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transportation of the imported oil products

According to the Law on the market of N 461-XV oil products of July 30, 2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 107, the Art. 821) and the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 1027 of October 1, 2001. "About some measures for accomplishment of the Law on the market of oil products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 120, the Art. 1074), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for transportation of the imported oil products according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of Items of crossing for import of the imported oil products according to appendix No. 2.

2. Control over the implementation of requirements of the above-stated provision to assign to the Ministry of Finance, National regulation agency in power.

3. To the Ministry of Finance to submit to the Government to the 15th day of every month the report on the imported oil products for the last month.

Regulations on procedure for transportation of the imported oil products

I. General provisions

1. This provision establishes general rules and the organizational principles of transportation of oil products with the subsequent realization by their importers from the producer to the consumer.

2. The concepts used in this provision have the following value:

the importer - the participant of the market of oil products having the license and importing oil products - the fact noted in case of their transportation through border which are warehoused and are subject to wholesale;
