According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of needy families which is attached.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 2, 2022 No. 71 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for provision of financial aid on receipt of economic independence of needy family" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 14, the Art. 759).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for support of needy families
