Based on part two of Item 5 of article 315 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of the notification on rendering the services constituting the licensed retail trade by alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products, liquids for the electronic systems of smoking which are not subject to licensing according to acts of the legislation till January 1, 2023 according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
