About modification of some Orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of the existing regulatory base in the field of regional and local development)

Based on the Law No. 438/2006 on regional development in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 21-24, 68), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 27/2022 on National fund of regional and local development (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 60, the Art. 76) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1235/2016 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the investment costs created as a result of purchase of goods, services, designs, reconstruction or their enhancements at the expense of means of National Regional Development Fund and other sources (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 399-404, 1333), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision:

a) the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) the words "National Regional Development Fund" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "National fund of regional and local development" in the corresponding grammatical form;

c) the words "National Coordination Council on Regional Development" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "National coordination council on regional and local development" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the resolution:

a) to add Item 3 after the words "Agencies of Regional Development" with the words "or National office of regional and local development";

b) in item 4 of the word "Agencies of Tourism" shall be replaced with words "body of the central public management with powers in the field of tourism";
