Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of Tajikistan "About approval of Rules of implementation of electronic payments through payment system of National Bank of Tajikistan" of December 24, 2009 No. 345, undergone state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 30, 2010 No. 574.
