The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to performance of works of the increased danger and on operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 No. 1107 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 84, Art. 3077; 2016, No. 16, Art. 644; 2018, No. 15, Art. 509; 2020, No. 23, Art. 892; 2021, No. 13, the Art. 543), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that since January 1, 2023 signing of permissions to performance of works of the increased danger and on operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger, and also prolongation of term of their action is performed by imposing of the digital signatures based on the qualified digital signature certificate.
