About development and functioning of control systems

Based on the paragraph of the fifth of Article 89, of the paragraph of the fifth of article 122 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for development and functioning of the control system behind quality of implementation of the licensed type of activity on ensuring fire safety and training (advanced training) of workers of the license applicant, licensee (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for development and functioning of the control system behind quality of implementation of the licensed type of activity in the field of industrial safety and training (retraining) of workers of the license applicant, the licensee (is attached).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2016 No. 2 "About development and functioning of control systems".

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
