Based on the paragraph of the seventh Item 138, of the paragraph of the sixth Item 177 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity" of subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about procedure for development and functioning of the control system behind quality of implementation of activities for ensuring fire safety and training (advanced training) of workers of job seekers of licenses (licensees);

The instruction about procedure for development and functioning of the control system behind quality of implementation of activities in the field of industrial safety and training (retraining) of workers of job seekers of licenses (licensees).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2016.
