About some questions of development of digitalization in the field of health care

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Is not effective according to Item 5 of this Resolution.

3. To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of change in the charter of the company in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Is not effective according to Item 5 of this Resolution.
