1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1147 "About prohibition of import to customs area of Ukraine of the goods coming from the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, Art. 180; 2019, No. 2, Art. 45, No. 57, Art. 1971; 2020, No. 62, Art. 2004; 2021, No. 2, Art. 84; 2022, No. 2, the Art. 42) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 30, 2022.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1147

1. In Item 1:

In paragraph one of the word and figures "till December 31, 2022" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "till December 31, 2023";

Word in paragraph three "The public fiscal service" shall be replaced with words 2) "State Customs Service";

In paragraph four of the word "Public Fiscal Service" shall be replaced with words 3) "State Customs Service";

Word in paragraph five "bodies of the income and charges" and "body of the income and charges" to replace 4) respectively with words "customs authorities" and "customs authority".

2. In Item 1-1 of the word and figures "till December 31, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till December 31, 2023".

3. In Item 3 figures and the words "January 1, 2023." to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2024.
