On regulation of questions in the field of education, provision of subsidies and financing of expenses of the organizations

Based on Item 2 of Article 25, 46, parts two of Item 3 of Article 59, of the paragraph of the sixth of article 100 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education, part eight of Article 320 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2011 No. 192 "About support of mass media and organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for loan granting on favorable terms for payment of the first higher education (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for the conclusion of service provision agreements in case of implementation of educational programs at the expense of grants on training (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of the resource center (are applied).

2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of information in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
