About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones" the following changes:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of Mangystau Region within administrative-territorial borders of the city of Aktau, Munaylinsky, Karakiyansky and Tupkaragansky districts of Mangystau Region according to the enclosed plan.

SEZ is port special economic zone.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 2322,1719 of hectare and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the Regulations on the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
