About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting represented to the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, 15, 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Articles 6, 7, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the state statistics" on creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, international investment line item, external debt, statistical information of financial institutions, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and supervising Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: functions by the National Bank of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting which are provided to the National Bank of Ukraine the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 13, 2018 No. 120 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Nikolaychuk.
3. The resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
