About enhancement of regulatory legal acts concerning activities for production, conversion of uranium ores
(Extraction)

According to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About production and conversion of uranium ores", article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363 and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts concerning regulation of activities for production, conversion of uranium ores I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements to structure and contents of the report on the analysis of safety of implementation of activities for production, conversion of uranium ores which are attached.

2. In Item 1 of appendix 2 to Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for production, conversion of the uranium ores approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of May 27, 2015 No. 101, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2015 for No. 700/27145 (in edition of the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine from October 28, 2020 No. 439), shall be replaced with words reducings "UO" "implementation of activities for production, conversion of uranium ores".
