In pursuance of paragraph two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2023 "About questions of transfer under temporary external management" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239-Z
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for transfer of the commercial organizations under temporary external management (are applied);
The regulations on remuneration payment procedure to the managing director (are applied).
2. Explain to the Ministry of Economics provisions of this resolution, render necessary assistance to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom concerning transfer of the commercial organizations under temporary external management.
3. To regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2025 inclusive.
