1. Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for the provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 3596/5, the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 7, 2016 No. 28-1, No. 1607/29737, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2016 having replaced words with "protocols of exchange of information" words "by adoption of the joint decision which is drawn up by the separate protocols prepared according to this Procedure or in the agreement on information exchange".

2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T.) together with Department concerning digital development, digital transformation and digitalization (Borshovsk V.) to submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
