1. Accept the offer of non-commercial joint-stock company "Turar Healthcare" (further – society) about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of "National Scientific Oncological Center" limited liability partnership (further – partnership) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with society (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of partnership to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
