1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 No. 5 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
in Item 1 of the word "the goods intended" shall be replaced with words "the goods intended";
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.35.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about possibility of destruction of the goods intended for the room under customs procedure of destruction", approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word "the goods intended" shall be replaced with words "the goods intended";
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1 of the word "territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection" shall be replaced with words "regional, Minsk city committees of natural resources and environmental protection";
in subitem 1.3.1 of the word "the goods intended" shall be replaced with words "the goods intended".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
