About some questions of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Liquidate public institution "Trade mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation" of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
