For the purpose of simplification of procedure for construction and reconstruction of single-family apartment houses and non-residential capital constructions of the fifth class of complexity:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 31.03.2025 No. 130

3. Make changes to the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 No. 200 (appendix).
4. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1-3 – in six months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree – after its official publication.
