About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. to exclude Item 79-1 of the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 965,;

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703 "About sale of separate types of goods, implementation of public catering and procedure for development and approval of the assortment inventory":

add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who did not realize till January 1, 2025 beer and low alcohol drinks with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol no more than 7 percent in plastic consumer packaging in nominal amount of more 1,5 of liter, the sale of the specified beer and low alcohol drinks having the right to perform before the expiration of their validity.";

in subitem 115.4 of Item 115 of Rules of sale of separate types of the goods and implementation of public catering approved by this resolution of the word "more than 2 liters" shall be replaced with words "more 1,5 of liter";

1.3. in appendix 5 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2022 "About acquisition of assets" figures "27.10.2010" to replace No. 846 with figures "27.01.2010".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 1.2 of Item 1 - since January 1, 2025;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
