Some questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies in the field of energy efficiency
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Assign to the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure of function of ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of effective use of fuel and energy resources, alternative types of liquid and solid fuel, energy saving and energy efficiency, having left behind function Department of Energy on ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of renewable energy resources and alternative types of gas fuel.
2. Determine that the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving realizes state policy in the field of effective use of fuel and energy resources, alternative types of fuel, energy efficiency and energy saving.
3. Bring the enclosed changes in some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
