1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1031 "About approval of procedure for functioning of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 85, the Art. 3467) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1031

1. In the resolution:

1) in Item 2:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:";

in the paragraph the second words and figures "the centers of the emergency help to the population for single telephone number 112" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the communication center "Service 112";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"together with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of digital transformation, the Department of Energy, National police, Public service on emergency situations, Administration of Public service of special communication and information security, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service to provide implementation of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112.";
