According to part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for functioning of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112, which is attached.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
approve with the interested central executive bodies technical documentation concerning creation and implementation of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112 regarding interaction of operational and dispatching services which belong to the sphere of their management, with the communication center "Service 112";
together with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of digital transformation, the Department of Energy, National police, Public service on emergency situations, Administration of Public service of special communication and information security, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service to provide implementation of system of the emergency help to the population according to single telephone number 112.
3. No. 158 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.02.2023
