About some questions of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to article 133 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Teleradiokompleks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (by approval) authorized body of the corresponding industry of the company, and also the body performing in relation to it functions of the person of law of republican property.

3. Determine the main object of activity of the company contribution to implementation by Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the functions assigned to it by information support of activities of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other serviced persons, and also to carrying out the state information policy.

4. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to approve the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in registering bodies;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Liquidate non-commercial joint-stock company "Teleradiokompleks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

6. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the property of non-commercial joint-stock company "Teleradiokompleks of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to balance of the company.

7. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
