About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of national interests in future claims of the state of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of the moratorium concerning the faces tied with the state aggressor enhancements of the mechanism of protection of national interests in future claims of the state of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides identifications of assets which acquisition by such persons is not reflected in the state registers (the state information resources) and:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On strengthening of protection of national interests in the forthcoming claims of the state of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in five days from the date of its official publication.
