About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74

Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74 "About inventories" the following changes:

to add appendices 1 and 5 to this resolution with the note 3 following of content:

"3. In case of the offer to sales of goods of national production and the goods coming from other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the compulsory provision is equal representation of such goods in the shopping facility.";

in appendix 2 to this resolution:

to state the note to this appendix in the following edition:

"Notes:

1. Assortment inventories for grocery specialized stores depending on specialization of shop join implementable group and (or) types of goods with indication of the quantity of kinds of goods corresponding to the size of the floor space of shop. Joint products from other groups of goods can not join.";

add appendix with the note 2 following of content:
