in view of the Protocol on accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000 signed on January 25, 2006

considering coincidence of strategic objectives and tasks of the Central Asian Cooperation (CAC) Organization and Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC),

in view of that practical tasks on creation of the itegrirovanny market, programs in hydro-electric, transport, food and other spheres, facing the TsAS Organization, now successfully decide within EurAsEC,

being effective as the founder states of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The international agreements signed within the TsAS Organization specified in appendix 1 to the this Protocol continue to be effective and can be adapted in the contractual legal base of EurAsEC taking into account requirements of the legislation of its state members.

Article 2

The international agreements signed within the TsAS Organization specified in appendix 2 to the this Protocol terminate demolition from the effective date the this Protocol.
