1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out veterinary and sanitary certification of working conditions of the physical persons and legal entities which are engaged in slaughter of animals, production, conversion, storage, transportation and trade of meat, meat products, raw materials of animal origin, and also import and export of these products in the Republic of Tajikistan, developed by the Chief state veterinary inspector of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. This Procedure inform the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of state revenues and charges of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee of protection of frontier under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, local authorities of the government, and also physical persons and legal entities of the animals who are engaged in slaughter, production, conversion, storage, transportation and trade of meat, meat products, raw materials of animal origin, and also import and export of these products in the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Charge to the Head of department of gosvetnadzor on frontier and transport (Yusupov J.), to the Chief state veterinary inspectors of GBAO (Buribekov A.), Khatlon (Hisoriyev H.) and Sugdsky areas (Sharipov A.), to the cities and areas of republican subordination to perform the activities according to this procedure and to toughen the state veterinary control of execution of this resolution.
