According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Make changes to appendix to storage precautions, protection, uses and the disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To legal department (Alexander Zima) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
