About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2023 No. 37

In pursuance of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2023 "About rent housing for the military personnel" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 37

1. Establish:

standard form of the purchase and sale agreement of premises according to appendix 1;

standard form of the agreement on voluntary conveyance in property of premises according to appendix 2.

2. Bring in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2020 No. 541 "About the documents requested when implementing ministerial procedures" the following changes:

2.1. in the column "The Documents and (or) Data Requested by Local Executive and Administrative Organs" of Item 18:

word in paragraph three of "premises of commercial use of utility housing stock in Minsk and the Minsk district" shall be replaced with words "rent housing of utility housing stock in Minsk and settlements of the Minsk district";

add the column with the paragraph of the following content:

"the data confirming the fact of death (death) of the serviceman, face of the private and the commanding structure, the judge and the public prosecutor's worker in connection with execution of service duties, obligations of military service, except for death (death) as a result of the illegal actions, – in case of realization according to legal acts of the right to provision of rent housing by members of the family of the died (died) serviceman, face of the private and the commanding structure, the judge and the public prosecutor's worker";

2.2. to state the column "The Documents and (or) Data Requested by Local Executive and Administrative Organs" of Item 24 in the following edition:

"the reference (certificates) of the premises and family composition occupied in this settlement
