About approval of Rules of implementation of federal state control (supervision) of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex to which the category of danger is appropriated, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to part 7 of article 6 of the Federal law "About Safety of Objects of Fuel and Energy Complex" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of federal state control (supervision) of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex to which the category of danger is appropriated.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 20, 2016 No. 1067 "About approval of Rules of implementation by the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities of federal state control (supervision) of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 44, the Art. 6130);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 No. 613 "About modification of Rules of implementation by the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities of federal state control (supervision) of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 19, the Art. 2990).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
