About modification of the Regulations On the state inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations On the state inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, the Art. 1925), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 1 and 3 of Item of 1 changes which are made to Regulations On the state inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine, and become effective on December 11, 2023.

Changes which are made to Regulations On the state inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) to add Item with subitem 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1) makes in accordance with the established procedure the decision on recognition of competence or on refusal in recognition of competence of persons who intend to become radiation protection experts;";
