According to the laws of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", "About protection of plants", "About pesticides and agrochemicals", "About quarantine of plants", "About seeds and landing material", "About the state system of biosafety during creation, testing, transportation and use of genetically modified organisms", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About maintaining warlike situation in Ukraine", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 17, 2021 124, of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" I order to No.:

1. Approve the list of the bases for implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) in spheres of quarantine and protection of plants, seed farmings and pitomnikovodstvo, behind observance of measures of biological and genetic safety concerning agricultural plants during creation, research and practical use of genetically modified organisms in open systems at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of agro-industrial complex irrespective of their subordination and pattern of ownership for the added period of warlike situation.

2. And consumer protections during the period of warlike situation to provide to public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff:

implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) in the presence of the threat having negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, protection of the surrounding environment and safety of the state and also for accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine, on the bases determined by the list of the bases for implementation of unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) in spheres of quarantine and protection of plants, seed farmings and pitomnikovodstvo, behind observance of measures of biological and genetic safety concerning agricultural plants during creation, research and practical use of genetically modified organisms in open systems at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of agro-industrial complex irrespective of their subordination and pattern of ownership for warlike situation, the approved this order;

monthly to the 10th to inform the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine on results of the performed unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) for the last month.

3. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
