Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2010 No. 1656 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 16, 2010 No. 424":
in preamble "(credits)" shall be replaced with words the word "and the external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
from Item 21 and the paragraph of third Item 3 "affiliated" to exclude the word;
1.2. from items 4 and the 5th appendix 2 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2022 "About establishment of the additional lowering and raising coefficients to base rate" the word "affiliated" to exclude No. 156.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication. The paragraph third subitem 1.1 and subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution extend the action to the relations which arose since March 2, 2023.
