Based on subitems 5.3 and 5.4 of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2023 "About procedure for the handling of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 93
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for procurement (purchase) for scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals at physical persons (are applied);
The regulations on accounting treatment, storages, uses and deliveries (shipment) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (are applied).
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in subitem 8.4.1 of Item 8.4 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548:
state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" in the following edition:
"8.4.1. Receipt of the job specification on delivery (shipment) and use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals";
to state the column "Authorized body" in the following edition:
