1. Bring in the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2016 No. 10 "About procedure for destruction of single products and small batches of property" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part one of Item 130 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storage, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63, of subitem 11.4 of Item 11 of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2010 No. 620, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. in subitem 2.1 of Item 2:

to exclude from paragraph one of the word "to this resolution";

from the paragraph of the third word "or other person which accepted in the procedure established by the legislation property on storage" to exclude;

1.3. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
