1. Establish the list of the single products and small batches withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state of property, which are not constituting danger to the environment, and possible methods of their destruction according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

2.1. destruction of the property specified in appendix (further - property), is performed no later than 5 working days following behind day of receipt of the property deed, the permanent commission on destruction of property created:

authorized body - in case of storage of property in premises of authorized body;

the keeper - in other cases. In this case according to the solution of management on area, across Minsk and the Minsk region of Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the interdistrict departments created in it (further - divisions of Department), the commissions on destruction of property the representative of division of Department is included;

2.2. by results of destruction of property the statement on the destroyed property is drawn up.
