About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2022 No. 9
Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "for export" "out of limits of the Republic of Belarus";
in paragraph three of the word "in the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "within the Republic of Belarus";
word in paragraph eight of "livestock production in the register" shall be replaced with words "livestock production, in the register";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 7.13.1 "Receipt of the breeding certificate confirming origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) out of limits of the Republic of Belarus", approved by this resolution:
