1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 63 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. preamble after the words "of December 4, 2007 No. 611," to add with words "Item 65 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 No. 154,";
1.2. in Item 1:
word in paragraph four of "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "licenses";
in paragraph five of the word "Modification of Special Permission (License)" shall be replaced with words "Change of the license";
to exclude paragraphs of the sixth or eighth;
1.3. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
