For the purpose of realization of Item 6 of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308 "About assignment for provision of financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund for unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, Art. 1199; 2021, No. 12, the Art. 509) the enclosed changes.

2. Provide to the state jobcenter return of the funds allocated from Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for provision of financial aid of obligatory national social insurance to Fund for unemployment case on returnable basis for allowance payment on unemployment according to the paragraph third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2020 No. 308 "About assignment for financial assistance to Fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, the Art. 1199), into the off-budget account of the Ministry of Economics opened in the Public treasurer service on sub-account 3551 "Other accounts of managers and receivers of budgetary funds" of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in public sector the Ministry of Finance approved by the order of December 31, 2013 No. 1203.
