Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on enhancement of questions of service of civil protection and cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on enhancement of questions of service of civil protection and cash cover of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection

1. In the paragraph the thirteenth Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 1992 No. 393 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and the monetary assistance to persons having pension entitlement according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service, and some other persons", except the military personnel of conscription service and members of their families and persons equated to them" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 7, Art. 182; 1994, No. 1, Art. 23; 2022, No. 18, the Art. 969) the words "and not militarized professional and fire protection" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine", bodies and divisions of civil protection, divisions of the state and professional (not militarized) fire protection", and words", fire and technogenic safety," to exclude.

Item 4 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

For the special period to faces of the private and the commanding structure certificates of personnel of civil defense (civil protection) according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2022 are issued to No. 1142 "About approval of the Procedure for issue during the special period to the persons serving civil protection or working in governing bodies and forces of civil protection, certificates and identification marks (emblems) of personnel of civil defense (civil protection)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 82, the Art. 5031).";

"10. In the first afternoon of service of civil protection day of acceptance of the citizen on service of civil protection, its transfer in personnel of GSChS, assignment to it the corresponding special rank and position assignment in bodies and divisions of civil protection is considered.";

To exclude 4) in Item 11 of the word "in inventory of Armed Forces or in resignation";

5) in paragraph one of Item 13 of the word of "obligation of service of civil protection" shall be replaced with words "service duties";

The paragraph the fourth Item 15 to state 6) in the following edition:

"the younger commanding structure sergeant of service of civil protection, the master sergeant of service of civil protection, the chief master sergeant of service of civil protection;";
